In the fourth quarter of 2020, one of the largest automatic control equipment companies in Taichung came to ask us about European standard nylon corrugated tubes with UL certification. The customer is professional in designing and producing CNC control systems and is also the only UL-qualified manufacturer in Taiwan to supply products to the TSMC US factory (Arizona).

The end customer needs UL certification requirements for all materials, but most agents are only certified for raw material and nylon corrugated tube is not certified. The customer needs the corrugated tube to be with high toughness, wear resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardant, UV resistance, and other characteristics.

Good Gi Co., Ltd (Taiwan factory ) produces UL-certified nylon corrugated tubes. It conforms to UL-1696 (Mechanical Protection Tubing) and has passed the test of outdoor weather resistance, tensile strength, flame resistance, and high and low-temperature resistance by the UL certification center in the United States. Also, it passed the SGS agency RoHS, REACH environmental certification meets the requirements of the American Automotive Interior Materials Fire Test Standard No. 302 (FMVSS 302, 49 CFR 571.302), and can protect the wiring from external damage.

After the sample was verified by the customer, the product passed the environmental test, met the requirements, and the size was complete.  Because of this, we assisted the customer to get the order.
